Our leaders

Matt and his wife, Jennifer, have served at New Harmony since 2008. Matt was saved out of addiction to drugs and alcohol, and has been on fire for Jesus Christ ever since. As an elder he oversees administration of our church facilities, discipleship efforts, mission efforts, and also oversees all of NHC’s recovery ministry efforts.

Shane and his wife, Radene, have been serving New Harmony since 2010.  He oversees New Harmony's worship ministry and has been leading worship in churches since 2001. He is a graduate of Colorado Christian University, and he also oversees NHC’s technology, blogs, and has authored a few books as well.

Jimmy and his wife, Jeanne, have been serving at NHC since 2012, but came on as our student pastor in 2021. Jimmy has been a preacher in different capacities since 2007. He also leads our men's ministry and is instrumental in men's events throughout the year at NHC.

John and his wife, Laura, began serving as our Discipleship Pastor in 2024.

Harley, and her husband Andrew, are long-time member of NHC. Harley began serving as our children's minister in 2022. She loves Jesus, her family, and has a heart to see kids meet Jesus!
